Great for in home resistance exercise.

Excellent quality bands and incredible value. I loved the accessories. The eyebrow kit is not for me but it's a nice product. I would suggest making a pack with the large resistance band included or make a medium length band. I would pay happily pay more for this addition. A card of exercises would also be welcomed.

Seriously exceeded my expectations! Do not underestimate!

I usually don't do reviews, but this product is essential to everyone's home gym collection and workout routine! Trust me, the burn and the resistance is there!
To me, this band is perfect for all different types of upper and lower body workouts - I use it all the time!
